The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of products by us to customers through our Internet web sites. Warranty & Refund Policy

We warrant that the products sold in our website are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship. Our warrant policy is as follows:

  • Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
  • All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request through info@world-batteries.com. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.
  • If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us through info@world-batteries.com to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (30) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.
  • In returning products to us, customer must pay the return freight. Return packages by C.O.D will not be accepted.
  • A replacement or refund will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect.
  • If expedited services are used for delivery, we will procure the desired service from UPS on your behalf. In the event of a refund, the shipping fee is not refundable under any circumstances except if the order is cancelled before shipping.
  • For battery packs or battery related products, warranty becomes void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar code label has been removed or tampered with.
  • Please ensure that returned items are the ones that you purchased from us. We are not responsible for any item sent to us that is not our product.

Non-Acceptance Policy

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in How to Cancel and Order.Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error
  • Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions

Limitations of Liability

All of our products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the delivery date. Except as expressly stated herein, we make no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site. Except as expressly stated herein, we expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to our web arising from any product sold on the web site shall be the price of the product ordered.
